BCIS Price Books

BCIS is the Building Cost Information Service of the RICS and is widely used by quantity surveyors, estimators and other professionals in the construction industry. BCIS is the UK's leading provider of price books, estimating guides and cost information for building and maintenance works.

The BCIS Pricing books cover all the major areas of the construction process, from dilapidations and maintenance work, through small works and extensions to alterations and refurbishment, all the way up to new builds both large and small.

Earlier this year, having acquired Hutchins & Griffiths in 2023, BCIS announced they were no longer publishing or selling  their Price Books. To ensure that we could continue to offer our customers a complete range, we purchased all of their remaining stock - some of which goes back to 2022.

These are now offered at great discounts but once the're gone .. the're gone!
