DOM 1&2 Contracts

This new 2018 Edition of Sub-Contract DOM/1 and DOM/2 - the first since 1981 - is published in two parts, the DOM/1A and DOM/2A Articles of Agreement with the important Appendix entries and the DOM/1C and DOM/2C Sub-Contract Conditions. The DOM/1 Sub-contract is for use with the JCT (SBC) Standard Building Contract versions. The DOM/2 Sub-contract is for use with the JCT (DB) Design and Build Contract.
