ICC Ground Investigation Version Guidance Notes - August 2011

Guidance Notes have been prepared specifically to assist users of the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Ground Investigation Version in the preparation of contract documents and the carrying out of the investigation. They do not purport to provide legal interpretation but do represent the unanimous view of the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Development Forum on what constitutes good practice in the conduct of ground investigations.

• Contact our customer services team first to explain what you are returning and the reason
• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
