ICC Measurement Version (with Payment Amendments October 2011) Incorporating NR8 Track Amendments

This Measurement Version has been drafted in conjunction with Network Rail to ensure there is a clear standard contract designed for use on Network Rail’s new Plain Line contracts and to support their overall contract strategy for Track. The opportunity has been taken to refine and update the NR8 amendments that have been incorporated to ensure a contract designed to deliver efficiencies in resource and expenditure. Measurement Version Guidance Notes August 2011 are not fully compatible with the NR8 Track Version.

• Request a Returns Authorisation Number
• We will email you this and a link to arrange your return quickly & easily via Royal Mail
• Take your return to your nearest Post Office and they will do the rest
