JCT Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder can be used with the following JCT main contracts:
- Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ)
- Intermediate Building Contract (IC) and Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD)
- Design and Build Contract (DB)
- Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC)
